1) Ability to speak clearly and concisely
2) Good communication and people skills
3) Be patient and understanding ? creating a relaxed attitude in the pupil
4) The ability to make learning fun
5) Motivated , so as to get the best out of the pupil
6) Neatly Dressed and Clean ? professional looking wearing FFF name badge
7) Using good well balanced gear
8) Good casting skills
9) On Time ? maybe a bit earlier
