I would have to say, simply look at a great Master such as yourself,
Tom White,
Randi Swisher, Gary Borger, Hutch Hutchinson, Dusty Sprague and others
They are:
1.  Great Communicator
2.  Great listener
3.  Very knoweledgeable
4.  Understanding
5.  Cordial
6.  great caster
7.  independent thinker
8.  willing to share information
9.  looks to the needs of the student first
10. adaptable
