A worthy diversion. The words we choose are so important ! Mel Krieger taught us that.
As I have taught over many years, I've also learned that it doesn't stop with the words we use, it's also HOW WE USE THEM.
Emphasis, tone, timing, inflection, eye contact and even associated facial expressions along with "body language" can make a big difference as we communicate and/or teach.
