Casting into the wind / MCCI Question... Dusty

This from Dusty Sprague on Bob Rumpf's question with regard to the sample question on casting into a head wind as it appeared in the Master Study Guide.  (Dusty is head of the Master Study Guide Committee of the CBOG.)

The specific wording of the question needs to be changed and will be addressed in a future change to the study guide.  We are really looking for two important adjustments needed for casting into a head wind.....aim the cast low to the water (I'd say right above the target as opposed to directly at the target) and add line speed.
