Depending on your definition of "follow through" I think it's damping which
is what the analyser is picking up as its second peak. Maybe.
However that's rotational follow through. When combined with translation as
in the "swoop" that's an attempt to lift the bottom leg and occurs post RSP.
This is a neat way of tightening the loop but I personally don't use it for
distance - although I know some excellent casters who do (Bruce isn't one of
them).
