Hi....
Bruce is right about that. One way of solving that problem, is to
demonstrate the creep move with the rod alone........no line. That line
can be a distraction.

students to watch your ROD,
make sure you watch their EYES to make sure they do. Most of the time they continue to watch the line and completely miss the point you are trying to make. To help cure creep, having a student watch their rod just above the handle to see premature rotation can be very effective, IF they actually watch the rod, most still watch the line........."
