Hi Gordy and group;

 

I did not even know Tom White but I also miss him. However, I knew him from his videos. He  was the one who taught me to roll cast. Yes, he was a true Master  and with a 10 foot rod.

 

Tom White was an artist - yes, I too will miss him.

Comment:   I have received an avalanche of messages on Tom's passing.  Too many to include in this forum.  This one stands out, however, because it speaks to Tom's wide spread sphere of influence in the fly casting world.  So many who have not even had the honor and pleasure of actually meeting him have none the less felt a true loss .
