    Gordy - I'll add my 2 cents on a "good" style. The first thing it must do is provide for safety of
    the caster - from both external and internal injury.

    Good point.  All should heed your advice.  It's rare that an MCI candidate will include this addition.  There can, indeed, be an occasional, "dangerous" style.
     
    On safety:  Some of us have been asking questions on that subject on MCI exams.  When I give a workshop/course/exam I always have a couple of cheap plastic industrial protection eyewear with me to hand to a participant who might not have his own eye protection.
     
    Not a bad idea at all for each of us to make a brief list of items and practices we might use strictly for the safety of all concerned during these events.
