    [GH] Joe,
As I understand it, Bob Rumpf's list included only the books he has available at this time for sale.  You are probably aware that Bob has been a member of our Study Group for years.  He has been a reliable source for study material offered at his cost .... for which we are more than grateful.

Perhaps this will help provide info on the books you cited :
     1.)  L.L.Bean FLY-CASTING HANDBOOK, by Macauley Lord & L.L. Bean, The Lyons Press, 2000, ISBN 1-55821-964-1 (PB).
Comment :  As with most authors of past texts, Macauley had been frank with us that there are a few things he wrote in this book with which he no longer agrees.  I suppose that is true for all authors and all texts as time passes !
Availability: Barnes & Noble  $ 30.60 (Incl. shipping)
                     Amazon.com (Today) :-  5 New from $11.99,  10 used from $5.07

2.)  ORVIS GUIDE TO BETTER FLY CASTING A Problem-Solving Approach, by Al Kyte, 2008, The Lyons Press, ISBN978-1-59228-870-0.
Comment :  Al Kyte has come up with a novel way of teaching fly casting with his problem solving approach.  This appears in detail in his Chapters12 & 13, pp. 138-150.
Availability:  At any Orvis fly shop.  Also:  Amazon.com New in stock at $24.95

Let me add a couple of others worth seeking :

3.) Fly Casting:  A systematic Approach, by Sheila M. Hassan, 2009, Pub.: Cast90.com.
Comment:  A great teaching text.  I found particular value in having more than 50% of the text devoted to fly-casting practice. Not emphasized in most texts.  Sheila is an MCI, Lead instructor at the Joan Wulff school, and a member of our Master Study Group for many years.
Availability:  $ 28.95 (Paypal) at sheila@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.  Also available via most fly shops through distributor: Anglers Book Supply.  Also:  Amazon.com or at lulu.com.
Also:  Electronic copy from iTunes at $9.99

4.)  TROUBLESHOOTING THE CAST, by Ed Jaworowski, 1999, Stackpole Books, ISBN 0-8117-2942-7 (pb)
Comment : In this book, as in his teachings, Ed demonstrates his uncanny ability to diagnose many casting faults by watching the fly line. (In past years I've been amazed at his ability to do this as he observes the action of the fly line without his even being able to see the caster ! )
Availability:  Amazon.com.  (Today)  Kindle edition $9.99  Paperback New from $14.95  Used from $5.72.

5.)  The Technology of FLY RODS, by Don Phillips, 2000, Frank Amato Publications, Inc., ISBN: 1-57188-190-5.
Comment: Don's insight into the mechanics of fly casting makes the study of fly rod physics and design far more understandable than otherwise.  The information he presents is still timely despite some of the new developments in fly rod manufacture which have occurred in the 11 years since the book was published.
Availability:  I've had several inquiries about this book.  Here is what I found this morning -
    From Amazon.com:
Soft cover editions.  2 new at $64.95   11 used at 55.50
Hard cover editions.  New at $ 354.99  (Number available not stated)
Used at $ 113.95 (Number available not stated)
